Registration

To register, click on the “Register” tab on the upper portion of the website, create a profile for the website and follow the instructions you receive by email. Remember, registration is not considered complete until conference fees are payed in full.

Conference Fees

The fees for the conference are as follows:

Early $40 $50.00 Until October 31, 2010
Regular $50 $60.00 November 1, 2010 until December 31, 2010
Late $60 $70.00 January 1, 2010 until February 09, 2011

Submission of Payment

Schools may pay for the conference in one of two ways:

Credit Card:

Payment by Credit Card will occur via Paypal invoice. Please note that there is an additional 4% charge to schools who opt to pay by this method due to administrative costs. To receive a Paypal invoice, please contact our Chargé d’Affaires at charge@psiada.org

Refund Policy

Until November 30th: Full refund on delegate fees
December 1 – January 31: 50% refund on delegate fees
After January 31: No refund

Please be courteous of other delegates that wish to attend and be sure to provide plenty of notice in the event of a cancellation. Should an entire delegation wish to withdrawal, the delegation fee will also be refunded. All refund requests should be sent to the Secretary General at sg@psiada.org

Position Assignment Policy

Schools will not be notified of position assignments until either payment or written approval of a funding request is received at the above address.

Hotel Information

PUNC 2011 will be held at The Nittany Lion Inn on the Penn State Campus.

Penn State International Affairs and Debate Association strongly encourages delegations to book their rooms as early as possible. There are several affordable hotels in downtown State College, however PUNC 2011 has secured a special rate for delegates at the conference hotel.
