The fees for the conference are as follows.

Payment by Credit Card will occur via Paypal invoice. Please note that there is an additional 4% charge to schools who opt to pay by this method due to administrative costs. To receive a Paypal invoice, please contact our Charge d’Affaires at charge@psiada.org.
Refund Policy:
Until November 30, 2011: Full Refund on delegate fees
December 1-January 31, 2012: 50% Refund on delegate fees
After January 31, 2012: No Refund
Please be courteous of other delegates that wish to attend and be sure to provide plenty of notice in the event of a cancellation. Should an entire delegation wish to withdraw, the delegate fee will also be refunded. All refund requests should be sent to the Secretary General at sg@psiada.org
Position Assignment Policy:
Schools will not be notified of position assignments until either payment or written approval of a funding request is received at the above address.
Hotel Information:
PUNC 2012 will be held at the Nittany Lion Inn.
Penn State International Affairs and Debate Association strongly encourages delegations to book their rooms as early as possible. There are several affordable hotels in downtown State College, however PUNC 2012 has secured a special rate for delegates at the conference hotel.

Conference Awards Policy:
We have modified our awards policy slightly from previous years, if you want to see what it takes to win an award at PUNC, take a look! Please be advised that this is a working copy of our awards policy and is subject to change at the discretion of the Secretary General. The PUNC 2012 Secretariat will update you should that occur.
