Prospective Delegates and Faculty Advisers,
On behalf of the Pennsylvania State University International Affairs and Debate Association, it is with great excitement that I invite you to take part in the fifth annual Pennsylvania Model United Nations Conference in beautiful State College, Pa, February 23-26, 2012.
This year, we plan to take the conference further than ever before. We are currently planning four days of engaging simulations and delegate events that will highlight why PUNC is one of the most talked about new conferences on the East Coast. Combined with the traditional Penn State hospitality and the unbeatable atmosphere of Happy Valley, we expect every delegate to leave us with a story for the ages.
The conference will be hosted at the Nittany Lion Inn located centrally on the sprawling University Park campus. This location offers easy access to downtown State College, North America’s largest football stadium, and a wide array of must-see sites located in the center of campus. After you are finished solving international crises in committee, the shops and nightlife of downtown are only a ten-minute walk away.
